10 Golden Rules

1.  ALL incidents and near misses are reported 
2.  Correct PPE must be worn at all times
3.  Where fitted, seatbelts MUST be worn in all plant and vehicles
4.  Boundary fences (or markers) to the working area and welfare facilities are properly maintained
5.  All deliveries are held and / or unloaded in the designated areas
6.  Materials storage is planned and materials are stored in designated areas
7.  Plant, vehicle and pedestrian routes to task areas are always used
8.  A briefing is held every morning before work commences
9.  Mechanical lifting operations are directed by trained slinger / signallers
10. Mobile phones are only used by authorised personnel in designated areas
